Delivery service includes curbside delivery.  Freight is shipped via common carrier and the carrier will unload the unit to the street level.  Driver will not uncrate, remove the unit from the skid or provide inside delivery.

Damage caused during shipment should be refused, if item is accepted and damage is found after accepting delivery, a claim must be filed directly with the shipping company. True is not responsible for damages caused during shipment.
